About the Position

You will work on your own and sometimes in small teams depending on your location on varied and challenging assignments. Our approach is analytical, pragmatic and most of all focused on successful implementation. We work collaboratively with clients to design visionary & innovative solutions and to build consensus for change in processes, systems and operating models to accelerate their growth. Typically your work will be focused on:
⦁    sourcing potential clients,
⦁    introducing the company services to the client to accelerate their business growth, improving       business performance through projects on Contract Manufacturing, Export, Import, Joint               Venture, Licensing, Private Label & Product Development
⦁    We work in many substantial projects lasting several months. There is close engagement with       clients and an emphasis on providing robust and tangible results. On larger projects you may       find yourself working directly with a senior colleague but on other occasions you might lead a       small team or work on your own.

About you
We expect this post will suit applicants who have completed at least five years' successful career progression beyond a graduate management scheme within any of the following sectors: Food, Textile, Construction, Aquaculture, Agriculture & Renewable Energy, who are now confident in seeking more responsibility. First and foremost you should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and be a first class communicator in the written and spoken word. The ability to maintain and build relationships with demanding clients is essential.
You should have solid, first-hand operational management experience, be adept in all aspects of project management and possess the ability to implement recommended changes successfully. You will be looking for additional responsibility and the ability to apply your experience whilst working more closely alongside senior managers in clients.

Skills & Qualifications
You will ideally have a degree, along with substantial line-management experience within a complex organisation.
In addition, you should be able to demonstrate:
⦁    A track record of successful change management,
⦁    Resilience,
⦁    The personal credibility to work with senior managers, directors and chief executives of SME          organisations,
⦁    A sound commercial instinct,
⦁    An unqualified desire to build long-term relationships,
⦁    Any foreign language is an advantage.
